Common questions
I didn’t get my sign-up or reset code. Check your spam or junk folder. Codes work for 10 minutes. If one expires, ask for a new code on the same screen.
It says “Too many sign-in attempts”. After too many wrong passwords, Parkwide pauses sign-in for that account to keep it safe. A phone you’ve signed in on before can still sign in with the right password. Otherwise, reset your password with Forgot password?.
A wait time looks wrong. Waits come from the park’s public data and can lag behind the posted sign by a few minutes. If a ride looks stuck, pull down to refresh. Tell us the park, the ride and the time if it stays wrong.
I’m not getting alerts.
- Make sure notifications are on in iPhone Settings › Parkwide › Notifications.
- Make sure the alert is still set in Parkwide’s Alerts tab.
- Wait, ride and park alerts need Parkwide Pro.
- Alerts fire only when the ride’s live data changes, so they won’t arrive while a park is closed or its data is unavailable.
How do I cancel Parkwide Pro? Go to iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › Parkwide. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. For a refund, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Pro but the app still says Free. Open the Pro screen (More › Profile › Current plan) and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still says Free, email us.
The Apple Watch app is empty. Open Parkwide on your iPhone once while signed in, with the Watch nearby. The Watch shows your Watchlist and refreshes on its own after that.
How do I delete my account? In the app, go to More › Account › Delete account. This removes your account and everything saved to it. It doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription.
